The guided bug entry form in http://bzr.mozilla.org/bugzilla/4.4/view/head:/template/en/default/bug/create/create-guided.html.tmpl#L168 does not exclude components disabled for bug reporting, like the "normal" bug entry form in http://bzr.mozilla.org/bugzilla/4.4/view/head:/template/en/default/bug/create/create.html.tmpl#L198 does.

Trivial patch to copy over the check for a disabled component from the normal create bug template to the example guided format version.

(Note of course that an attempt to actually create a bug using a disabled component will get rejected, but obviously better to remove the option up-front anyway.)

Actually, you also have to fix the JS list to exclude the description of inactive components. I fixed that on checkin, and here is the patch for 4.4.
