*Procedure 1. Download a file. 2. Open Download list 3. Delete all downloaded files *Expeted Result/Actual Result: The download list displays the text "No download" 4. Open task switched and closes settings app 5. Open donwload list *Expected Result: The download list displays the text "No download" *Actual Result: the download list does not display the text "No download" These steps are reference, the bug is random.

In current versions cannot reproduce the bug, I think it was an API problem.
