*Procedure
1. Having a download list with a stopped download and a completed donwload
2. Open the tasks switcher and closed settings app
3. Open download list

*Expected Result
The download list displays the downloaded files

*Actual Result
The download list is emptied after closing the settings app 

These steps are reference, the bug is random. 
The bug was opened with the number 949411 but it was closed. I still have very similar problems

The bug is also reproduced after restart the device.
In current versions cannot reproduce the bug, I think it was an API problem.
