Details

We have great proposition that made by mmaslaney on special effect that will indicates that particular download is finished. For details see bug 953433.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Open Firefox Metro;
2) Download anything from a website;
3) Once the download is completed, you'll notice that the button will change the color to dark blue.

Current Behavior:

- Once a download is completed, the download button will immediately become dark blue without any smooth transition. That isn't really noticeable for the user.

Expected Behavior:

- Once the download is completed, we should fire nice concentric ring effect around the download button.
