960515 - Accessible name of recipient entries is not getting updated when To/CC/BCC is changed

Attachment: accessible-event listener: focus.py

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch the attached accessible-event listener in a terminal
2. Press Ctrl+N to compose a new message
3. Shift+Tab to move from the entry to the combo box containing "To:"
4. Down arrow to select "CC:"
5. Tab to move focus back to the entry

Expected results: The accessible name of the entry would be "CC:"

Actual results: The accessible name of the entry is "To:"

I'm curious whether this is because of lack of name changed event and ATK layer cache just keeps an old name?

what do you see in domi? if it changes then I guess so.  Otherwise who knows.
