Details

On a notebook without touch screen running Windows 8.1 pro, the application menu has the item "Relaunch in &brandShortName; for Windows 8 Touch" (landed in bug 950730 as https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-aurora/rev/3baaeac88faf ). Most notebooks sold here come without touch, so please reword that label.
