Description:
A thin white line overlaps a portion of the UI in the E-Mail App. This line appears intermitently and will go away when the user transitions between different areas of the E-Mail Application.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20140113004002.
2) Open the E-Mail app.
3) Ensure an email is connected to the E-mail app.
4) Open the settings.
5) Exit the settings.
6) Go back to the inbox.
7) Repeat steps 4-6 till the bug reproduces.
 
Actual: 
A white line appears to overlap down the left side of the email's inbox.

Expected:
No white line overlaps over the UI.

Probably can't block on this, although we should look into figuring out what's causing this ugly VD glitch.

This seems like a platform graphics regression; we don't have anything in the DOM that should directly explain this.

This either went away or was addressed by bugs in v1.4 and later.  Definitely moot now, though!
