96074 - auto-compacting folders while receiving emails loses these mails

I turned on 'Compact folders when 100kb can be saved'.
Just now, it asked me if I wanted to compact. I said 'yes'.
While Mozilla was busy compacting my Inbox, I received 8 mails.
But after it finished compacting, these 8 mails were gone!

Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Turn on 'Compact when it will save...' in Preferences->Offline/Disk Space
2. Get it to auto-compact (=delete appropriate number of mails from folders)
3. Receive mails while it is still compacting

Actual Results:  The mails are gone!

Expected Results:  Mail should still be in Inbox
