Description:
The PDF screen will reappear by itself after the user presses the Home button while they are viewing it in the Browser app. After hitting the Home button once, the user is taken to the Homescreen for a moment, and then the PDF screen will transition back and reload the PDF that was being viewed. This appears to happen any time a PDF is viewed from the Browser.

Repro Steps:
1) Update Buri to v1.3 MOZ RIL BuildID: 20140116004002
2) Launch the Browser app
3) Navigate to www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf via the URL address bar
4) When the first page finishes loading, press the hardware Home button

Actual:
After a couple seconds, the PDF screen will transition back and reload the PDF you were just viewing.

Expected:
The PDF screen never reappears and instead the Homescreen remains displayed.
