i7@3.9/ssd, win7x64 Standard run of ./mach xpcshell-test network When shells start to spawn, I can understand the CPU is at 100% (all cores) - that is actually the purpose to use all the CPU power. But my mouse cursor responsiveness is very bad at that moment and sometime during the run. That is not expected. It's not critical, just annoying. Would be good to find out what is wrong. This could potentially be something in the widget code that messes with win api and causes these OS janks. Might be a thing to fix in the platform actually!

I don't think xpcshell actually instantiates any widget code (but I could be wrong). I would suspect this is more to do with just spawning a ton of processes at once.
