Sometimes devices can't detect call waiting status.

* Reproduce Steps
  1. Insert SIM cards
  2. Go to settings->call settings
  3. Select any SIM card.
  4. Check the call waiting status of SIM card.

* Actual results:
  Device can't detect call waiting status of SIM card, and it shows exclamation mark.

* Expected results:
  Device could detect call waiting status for each SIM card.

* Reproduced rate: 9/10

What is the signal status? Of cause, to have a log would be great. Phone needs to query the call waiting status from network. It is not stored in phone. That means if this problem is happened, it might be network or radio problem.
