Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in into reps.mozilla.org
2. go to any event page (which has already happened), e.g., https://reps.mozilla.org/e/mozhackathon-developing-apps-for-firefox-os/
3. Click on 'I attended this event'
OR
1. Click on 'I will attend this event' on any upcoming event's page.

Now after the event is done, if you could not attend the event, you want to say that I didnt attend this event.


Actual results:

You get the button saying "I will miss this event"


Expected results:

Button should have text - "I missed this event"

Hi Ram,

The reason the button says "I attended the event", is only for the case where a rep forgot to register his/her attendance for a past event. If someone didn't attend an event, there is no reason to register this information as it won't provide any useful data.

I am marking this bug as invalid, thanks for taking the time to report this though.

I misunderstood the description of the bug. I thought that you were refering to the case when you didn't attend the event and not when you were supposed to attend (registered to the attendance list) but you actually missed it.
Thanks again for reporting this, I am reopening the bug.
