The User Advocacy team would like to have a blog that we can post news to our community and users from with ease.
Hello! Any updates on this bug? We are really getting excited about sharing our work with Mozillians around the world. What do you need from us to make this happen?
Sorry Matt. I am okay with this request. Once you have PR approval (this), file an IT bug to 1. set up the domain and 2. become an editor for WordPress. Make sure you reference the bug number with PR approval when you place this request. You can file a bug in bugzilla under the following categories: Product: Infrastructure & Operations Assignee: server-ops-webops@mozilla-org.bugs Component: WebOps: Engagement Version: Other In your bug, consider additing a second administrator. Whis is an administrator? "Administrators can change settings and add/remove users whereas lower level users can write posts but not change settings. You can add more authors and editors yourself if you need to, but it's not a bad idea to have one more admin as a backup and IT needs to add them (it takes a superadmin to add an admin).See http://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities for more on the different access levels in WordPress." 4. If you have questions, reach out to one of the following individuals: Chris Turra Jake Maul Craig Cook Mardi
Hey Mardi! Thanks so much. I've filed the IT bug and we should be blogging soon. Appreciate it!
This blog is now publicly accessible at https://blog.mozilla.org/useradvocacy/. Marking as fixed!
