Can we add the "servicedesk@mozilla.com" mailinglist to the "Destination e-mail address" when sending out outage notifications? Also, is it possible to add a "add another e-mail address" to the "send notification" page? Essentially this field would accept the following formats; single e-mail: x@x.com multiple e-mails; a@x.com,b@x.com Also, when adding status updates, can we add an option that would also allow you to e-mail the update as well (only selected updates, not by default)? Can we also make it that when an issue is resolved, it sends out an e-mail as well when you "Resolve" the "status" by default? If some of these options are already available, please let me know. May re-update the bug with more features/options or perhaps in a list form to make it easier to knock out requests. Thanks!

I've added servicedesk@mozilla.com as a destination email address. This is something that is easily doable by users by going to: https://status.mozilla.org/admin/whistlepig/destinationemailaddress/ and clicking the add link.
I'll create separate issues on github to track your additional requests: For the addition of user supplied email addresses: https://github.com/rtucker-mozilla/WhistlePig/issues/45

Can you please provide more information regarding: Also, when adding status updates, can we add an option that would also allow you to e-mail the update as well (only selected updates, not by default)? --- What update? Please explain this further: Can we also make it that when an issue is resolved, it sends out an e-mail as well when you "Resolve" the "status" by default? Also please do not add any additional features or options to this bug. Please file a separate bug for each.
I've completed the 1st portion of this. You can now provide a list of additional email addresses separated by , to have notifications go to them as well.
Replying to Comment 3. Current steps to create a status+notify; 1. Create a new status by using "Add status update" which creates a template of the status. 2. After creating the new status update, one needs to select "Send Outage Notification" in order to actually send/open the status. # Request 1 Now after the status has been opened, one could then add comments (this is what I meant by updates) to the status by using "Status update comments". In this same window, in the bottom, the following options are available; "Send Outage Notification" "Save and add another" "save and continue editing" "save" Besides "Send Outage Notification", none of the other options actually allow you to send an e-mail when you added a comment. Also, if you do select "Send Outage Notification" this is to select a previously made template. It would be nice to have the option to e-mail the "comment" update (selectively) # Request 2 If you have an open Status and the Status is changed to "resolved" the system doesn't send out an e-mail stating the issue was resolved etc. Currently, my work around (and perhaps others as well) is to; 1. Change the Status Status to "Resolved". 2. Select "Send Outage Notification" 3. Select the recently "Resolved" status 4. Manually modify the in-line template to reflect the changes. 5. Send notification. Perhaps I am doing this wrong. If I am, please let me know the correct way to do it.
Nothing really to do here.
