961143 - remove test pilot from thunderbird profiles

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #883629 +++

Testpilot got removed from thunderbird builds in bug 883629.

It would be nice to complete this process for TB31 by removing it from profiles so that the unused extension disappears from crashes reports and the like. And, so we don't forget about removing it.  

It's also still occasionally rumored to cause problems. So it would be nice to eliminate this just so any potential blame can be removed.

short clarification...

"the like" is addon correlation reports, which will be way shorter (70-80%?) once TP is removed

The issue is that extensions in the distribution directory install themselves in the profile.

What this needs is a new version of the addon that auto uninstalls itself. That version can be push to amo.
