User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.9; rv:26.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/26.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20131205075310 Steps to reproduce: Open http://www.wdl.org/en/item/10643/ Actual results: The author's name should have two combining half marks forming a single half circle over te "ie" This is what happens in all browsers on Windows 7+ and with specific fonts on OS X 10.8+. Expected results: The half marks are unconnected and misaligned

As of Firefox 31 / Nightly, this reproduces on Windows 7 when font substitution occurs but not Windows 8.1.
