Open http://www.wdl.org/en/item/10643/


Actual results:

The author's name should have two combining half marks forming a single half circle over te "ie"

This is what happens in all browsers on Windows 7+ and with specific fonts on OS X 10.8+.


Expected results:

The half marks are unconnected and misaligned
