e.me search results collections doesn't allow me to delete a collection with a localized name, no SIM On device

Build - 1/17/2014 Buri 1.3

Prerequisites:  "Perkele" collection has been created on e.me homescreen.
No SIM is included on the device

STR

1. Long press the "Perkele" collection

Expected

All collections, including "Perkele" collection go into throb mode with the x, ready for deletion.

Actual

"Perkele" collection simply opens its results, as if it were a short tap.  (My other collections - "stars" and "funny" - open on a short tap, and go into delete mode on a long tap.)
I can't reproduce this on a 1/12/2014 1.4 build.

I also can't reproduce this on today's 1/21 1.3 build.
