+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #946596 +++

I discovered this bug while attempt to verify bug 946596.

STR:

1. Launch any app, e.g. browser
2. press home to go back to the home screen (wait for the transition to be finished)
3. without touching anything on the home screen, press power+home to capture the screenshot of the home screen.

Expected:

1. Getting hi-res stills of the home screen.

Actual:

1. Got a screenshot as if we are in the middle of the zoom-in closing app transition (see screenshot).

Note:

* If you touch the home screen on step 3, you will not reproduce this bug.
* You don't always got the same scale of the home screen screenshot. Since the transition is from 2x->1x, sometimes you get 1.5x, sometimes 1.2x.
* Having the incorrect screenshot depend on the transition making OMTC the primary suspect there, I think.

Can't reproduce this issue on Nexus 4 with master and Helix with 1.3.

I was testing this on Peak.

Maybe QA could reproduce this on target devices (with and without hi-res; the issue might not be related.)

I am not able to reproduce this issue on the Buri 01/21/14 1.3 or Master (1.4).

Also, I am not able to reproduce this issue on the Helix 01/21/14 1.3 or Master (1.4).
