Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open http://www.msn.com/worldwide.aspx
2. Click Outlook.com link on top of page
   --- Mixed Contents Icon shown --- this is the problem

3. Reload:
   --- Secure Pad lock Icon shown --- Correct behavior

Actual Results:
Mixed Contents Icon shown

Expected Results:
Secure Pad lock Icon shown

I am not sure, but, maybe this is related to Bug 492358

I can't reproduce this now, and this is likely a duplicate of bug 947079.  Which was fixed in Firefox 39.
