User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:26.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/26.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20131205075310

Steps to reproduce:

I played some html5 videos on vimeo.com, or some html5 music, (for example http://sansgod.tumblr.com/post/73809538015/dopernose-blood-orange-youre-not-good) using Windows 8.1 x64, with sound enhancements enabled for the speakers, specifically speaker fill.

Actual results:

There was no sound when playing said videos or audio. When I turned off all sound effects for the speaker in the speaker properties/enhancements menu, the playback went normally again.
Retested on 29.0a1 (2014-01-20) Windows 7 64 bit [bugday-20140120]

The sound plays correctly

Does this happen when running in safe mode?
