961602 - please install perl-Cache-Memcached

Description

in order to interface with memcached we need the perl module Cache::Memcached installed (packaged by rhel as perl-Cache-Memcached).

can you please install this on all hosts which execute bugzilla code, including (but perhaps not limited to):
  - development webheads
  - staging webheads
  - production webheads
  - jobqueue nodes
  - admin nodes
  - push nodes

Added to bugzilla::packages in r81047, which covers all of the above; the memcache nodes have it installed by default. That only leaves the ES related systems; let me know it's needed there. Puppet should have it installed in the next ~30 minutes.

as the ES systems aren't part of infrastructure which runs bmo this module isn't required there.
