Yuren, be careful still because the "getFileFromPath" does not use the registered prefixes.

I think that instead of using getFileFromPath in some places (especially line 1451) to know whether a path is correct or not, we should run "handleResponse" with dummy arguments and see the http status that is written to those arguments.
