User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.7; rv:29.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/29.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140119030202 Steps to reproduce: Opened a few tabs, closed the browser and reopened it. Actual results: The favicons did not restore until I clicked on each tab. Expected results: The tabs should still have had their favicons.
I think it happened first with 29.0a1 (2014-01-19) built from mozilla-central 61fd0f987cf2.
