In the pervious version, we may have a workable onpeerready event and shrink UI.

But with the latest version of gecko and gaia, there is no effect when we put "onpeerready" callback, no more shrinking UI, no more vibration when we draw near two devices. Only the android device vibrates but not ours. But when we draw back two devices, our device vibrates.

STR:
1. find two NFC enabled devices, like nexus 4
2. turn on NFC and turn on the device
3. put two devices together, nothing happened, no vibration.
4. draw back two devices, firefox os vibrates.

Sorry John, I think it's from Bug 960790.
We're waiting for the Gaia review in Bug 960790, once it's r+.
We will land the patch ASAP.
