 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 [WAP Push] the icon in status bar can not disappear when the phone recevie a push message (with a delete type) which  have a same SIID with another push message
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1. Receive SI Signal-high type push message from NowSMS with SIID
 2. Receive SI Signal-delete type push message from NowSMS with  same SIID
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 the icon of push message in status bar  disappear,and the message should be delete in message
