 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
  Can't enter "New Message" interface when tap "Send Message" item in call log interface.
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 
  1.Open SMS App first -> Press home key quit the SMS
  2.Open Dialer App -> Tap call log icon -> Tap a phone number in call log
  3.Tap "Send Message" -> the "Messages" list interface is opened -> KO
 
  If did not open SMS App first, it can enter the "New Message" interface and
 the phone number is added to receiver
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
  When tap "Send Message" in the call log, it should enter the "New Message"
 interface and the phone number should be added to receiver.
