Is blobber hooked up on these runs to get the dumps out? At a first glance this looks like we're writing an empty dump. Lots of reasons that could happen, it'd be nice if we could figure out why though.
This last log actually has a stack, but it's not super useful. It does show:

Blobber was not hooked up, but I managed to get a few runs on Ash with blobber enabled:

Interesting! It's not only not zero-byte like I guessed, but it looks like it has mostly valid data, it's just missing a valid minidump header.
Attached patch re-enable tests — — Splinter Review 
Re-enable testPasswordProvider and testFormHistory on x86. Try run has no failures for these tests in over 30 runs, and I suspect this was fixed by bug 784759.
