OEM Support Site needed for MWC. The project must be complete by Feb 20, 2014.  This is a key part of Mozilla's #1 goal for 2014 -> Scale.  The site will facilitate partners in building devices for the Firefox Inside Branding Level with minimal direct interaction with Mozilla staff (in other words it is intended to be a self-serve site)
