Details

As a user I would like to know the size of the app before I download it (rather than just cancelling out of a download). Mostly applicable to packaged apps so some sort of indicator is needed if it is hosted (like "instant" instead of size) Note this would help in the future if we have 'instant' apps that are packaged.
