Pre-requisites:
DSDS device.
SIM1 card inserted in device and without PIN inserted.
SIM2 card inserted in device, with PIN inserted and FTU done.
SIM2 selected in data settings.

Step:
Tap usage aplication.

Actual result:
PIN request about SIM1 is showed.

Expected result:
Usage screen about SIM2 is showed.

Right now, the responsible to show the "pin request" screen is the system process, and the behaviour it's the same for all applications (i.e. dialer)
Carrie, could you confirm this is the correct behaviour for v1.4?
