When the user moves the mouse over a link, and that link leads to anything other than a web page, we should indicate that.

From the top of my head, I can think of two places to put this:
1) next to the status bar that appears at the bottom of the window
2) next to the mouse cursor (more intrusive)

I think we need some mockups to see which one works better (or whether there is a superior third option)

For (2), it should propably allow overriding this by the page (via CSS cursor:).

A 3rd option: Show in the tooltip that appears when long-hovering the link.
