Steps to reproduce:

1,set Chinese or other languages except English as the current language 
2,Settings->Device information->More Information->Developer



Actual results:

the"Developer Menu" and "Enable hardware composer" items  display in English.


Expected results:

the two items should be translated into the language you choose

This string (layers-composer2d-enabled) has been extracted only 7 days ago, and if you check Italian you should find it translated on both 1.3 and trunk.

Not sure which version you checked, but zh-CN doesn't seem in good shape on 1.3 at the moment.
