When type word in location bar, the drop down of search function
e.g. Google search is always one character less than what I typed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clear the location bar
2. Type "abc"
3.

Actual Results:  Show search for "ab"
but the search still search "abc"

Expected Results:  Show search for "abc"
