96271 - Mozilla 0.9.x and Netscape 6.1 profiles clash

Hello,
For everydays surfing I am using Netscape 6.1 (german version) for
Windows 2000.
If I start Mozilla with some profile, that profile setup is changed, such
that when I start Netscape 6.1 with that profile again, the menu entries 
(corresponding to "File", "Edit" and "View") become invisible.

Not a real bug, but nasty.

Hello,
after some playing around, I could confine the problem to the file
chrome/user-locales.rdf
in the profile-directory.

If I create a new profile with Netscape 6.1, everything looks nice. I save that 
file for recovery. Then I open Mozilla 0.9.3 (tried with several nigthly builds) 
with the new profile and close it immediately.
When I open Netscape 6.1 again, some menu entries (File, Edit, View) disappear.

If I restore the saved chrome/user-locales.rdf, Netscape behaves properly again
(all menues look as they should).

The behaviour doesnt seem to depend on the language/region settings.

On RedHat Linux 7.0 the bug doesnt show up; but I can also produce it on Win98.
