Let's add the test that I wrote last week for measuring eideticker frame rate measurement accuracy to the repo.

Basically all it does is create a full-page white canvas, then move a black box (covering 25% of the area) between four corners of this canvas, 60 times per second (or however many times requestAnimationFrame is called). Assuming that a device can actually do this (even a low end device should be able to most of the time), this provides a way of measuring how accurate our fps calculations are.
