Heads up, the affiliates schedule has slipped a bit. It's here:

I just updated the individual blocking bugs to mention that the development environment is live:

Development is not complete, but is planned to be complete on 2014-04-23. In other words, we're on track, and are counting on any reviews being completed as the schedule describes in order to support a 2014-05-08 launch.
