Hi Pascal! We would like to localize the Data Privacy Day landing page that is being built in Bug 959403 in pt-br, es, pl, hu, de, fr, ru, id, el.

We would like to try and have localizations done by Friday, February 7th, if that's doable. Otherwise please LMK if the deadline should be extended.

What is the reason to have it done by February 7 if privacy day will be over by then?

Because this page is not just for Privacy Day - it will be used beyond for other privacy-based campaigns and efforts, such as the Ponemon Institute announcement in mid-Feb.

Pascal, my bad.  I thought this was a legal doc specific l10n request, and told Liz to assign it to me.

Bug 964445 now a dependency  to this bug suggests that we are going to change the copy, which is a bit strange now that the page is on production and our press agencies have issued press releases linking to it. French is done but we will wait for the confirmation that the content is final before translating that page into more locales.

it seems to me that https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/privacy/tips/ was used as our end-user landing page for privacy day (mentionned in https://blog.mozilla.org/blog/2015/01/27/get-smart-on-international-data-privacy-day/) and we have that page translated and on prod in 23 languages (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=962880).

Unassigning myself from this bug to clean my TODO dashboard as it seems to me that the project is done for 2015 and there was no activity in more than a year. Lizz, can we close this bug and the related dependencies?
