963001 - "secured by WPA-PSK"&"open" in wifi can't change as soon as the language change

Steps to reproduce:

assume current language is English
1,Settings->turn on the wifi->availablenetworks are listed with "secured"or "open"
2,back to Setting main page ->change the language,such as Chinese. 
3,back to Setting main page ->enter the wifi page


Actual results:

the secured method of availablenetworks  are still in English


Expected results:

the string should change into Chinese.
Howerver,if you turn off the wifi then turn on ,the string displays correct.
