Details

The right click menu on the bookmarks should have a cascading move menu. So that placing cursor over the word "move to..." in the right click menu would cascade out a list of your bookmark menus you can file that bookmark in.

No. Right-click menus should never have submenus, as they are far too difficult to use in comparison with menus in the menu bar.
