This is a general ticket for the creation of the Encyclopedia Bestpractica: a comprehensive guide to the Mozilla Foundation's best practices for communications and engagement.

This document will link closely with the Communications Repository, and will live on the soon-to-be built Studio Mofo site, slated to be finished by mid-April, 2014.

Perhaps we can include something here about Review processes (code, design, copy, content etc). For design in particular, it would be great to corral the talent we have throughout MoFo to offer reviews across teams when possible, to help prevent silos and as valuable sanity checks.

Cassie it should absolutely include processes too for sure, and I love the idea of creating a structure so that community can jump in.

I've separated out the Google Doc outline into Mofo-wide internal resources and individual project resources. I've marked via comments to the right of the doc if action is needed to create or curate content.

Erica & Studio Mofo: Should we plan to go through these systematically and fill in the content as needed, then put together the wire frames once the content is complete?

Yes, I think completing the content before we tackle the wireframes is a good idea.

Just flagging that the EPB still needs a lot of sections to be filled out by Sackin before we can mark this as closed.

Sackin, any idea when you'll have a chance to fill these in?

Hey Drushka - this is probably going to be a rolling process, and not just filled out by me. Some of the pieces can be filled out quickly, but I hope that this will be an ever-growing thing, so never actually static/fully done.
