Description:
When you access a pdf file through everything.me, when the file loads, there is no navigation bar at the bottom of the page. When the user taps on the page number at the bottom of the screen which brings up the keyboard, only after the keyboard is dismissed is when the navigation bar will appear at the bottom.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri device to Build ID: 20140121004137 Moz Ril
2) Navigate to Everything.me bar and type in .pdf
3) When the icons load, scroll down and tap on the icon titled Official Website.
4) Tap on any link that ends in .pdf
5) Once the .pdf loads, notice that there is no navigation/bookmark bar at the bottom of the screen.
6) Tap on the number of the page at the bottom to bring up the keyboard.
7. Dismiss the keyboard and observe the navigation/bookmark bar now appears at the bottom of the page.

Actual:
Navigation/bookmark bar does not appear by default when viewing a pdf file through everything.me

Expected:
Navigation/bookmark bar should appear by default so the user knows they have certain options.
