Description:
In Gallery App, user is unable to zoom in on pictures that are screenshots taken with the phone. Test case #3697 states that any picture in gallery should respond to pinch to zoom gestures. This issue reproduces with and without APZ enabled.
Pre-requisites:
Have a screenshot available in Gallery
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20140121004137
2) Launch Gallery
3) Tap on Screenshot to view in fullscreen mode
4) Utilize pinch to zoom gesture
Actual:
Nothing happens.
Expected:
Picture is zoomed in, in response to the gesture.

This bug should be invalid because we don't allow to oversize zooming.
The screenshot image is 100% fit the screen resolution. So, it is not allowed to zoom in this case.
If you rotate the phone to landscape, you can zoom in to have the width of portrait image fitted into landscape screen
