1. Flash a build using the B2G tool (Gecko and Gaia)
2. Fill the homescreen to capacity with apps

I don't have a Open C and the build to test with, but the Gaia commit specified here, 22bc6be5b76cdc6d4e9667ff070979041a20ce2f, does not contains my fix in Bug 951563, which is 9ea70951f4399eba648eb16e6dc3044b0b1f4d4d.

Can someone help confirm this?

We are going to wait until we get a new kernel before testing this again. Will report back when it happens.

Adding qawanted to test this with the new base image with ZTE for Open C.

I tested this with the new base image and it still occurs after I flash Gecko and gaia on top. Open C using:

One thing to note is that on a device that has the latest image that doesn't have Gecko/Gaia flashed on top, the issue doesn't occur.
