Details
I am frequently unable to sign in using Persona, and when I check why, it seems that my third party cookie exceptions have been cleared once again. I haven't changed profiles, and I don't think I have settings enabled to clear my third party cookies.
Under Preferences > Privacy I have:
* Use Custom Settings for History
[] Always Use Private Mode
[X] Remember my history and downloads
[] Remember search and forms
[X] Accept cookies from sites
* Accept Third party cookies: Never
* Keep until: they expire
[] Clear history on close
While I have never accept third party cookies, I have exceptions for:
* login.mozilla.org
* disqus.com
And they work but every once in a while, my exceptions are gone. Maybe on close.

Hi Nick,
This bug description is too vague for me to reproduce. If you have steps to reproduce from a clean profile, then please reopen so I can debug it.
Thanks,
Monica

The third party cookie exceptions might also be getting cleared by clearing recent history. Still having trouble nailing STR down.
