Description:
If user types in the string "app:" in the Browser app's URL/search bar, a second functional browser window opens up within the existing window. This new window is interactive, but does not appear to have access to the internet, throwing "server not found" errors if user attempts to access the web.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140121004137
2) Open Browser app
3) Tap URL bar
4) Type "app:" and press enter on keyboard

Actual:
When "app:" is entered in the browser app's URL bar a second browser opens within the first.

Expected:
Entering "app:" in URL bar should return web search results.
