On the (Date & Time) page of First Time Use, the user can change the region and city. The settings are kept but not update to the top page. Reproduce steps. 1. Launch FTU (1st time or through Settings->Device infromation->More information->Developer-> Launch first time use) 2. Tap next, next, next and you are the page of Date & Time. 3. Tap the first "Change" button (region) and choose another options differed from the original. 4. Nothing changes on the Date & Time. 5. You could repeat step 3~4 to the second "Change" button (city)
