Open C while running:
Gaia 22bc6be5b76cdc6d4e9667ff070979041a20ce2f
SourceStamp
BuildID 20140123131508
Version 28.0a2
1. Flash a build using the B2G tool (Gecko and Gaia)
2. Tap rapidly in the dock area to generate a crash
3. Homescreen disappears as well as all apps - I get a blank screen but I can still pull down the notifications tray
The phone needs to be rebooted to get everything back.

What's supposed here is that the homescreen app is supposed restart correctly. We shouldn't ever end up in a situation where the homescreen becomes non-functional though.

Vendor issues won't block - clearing flag. We'll look into this once we get a new image on the device.
