Description:
When starting music for the first time, the incorrect message will be shown "Add songs to get started. Load songs on to the memory card". This occurs even though the user does have songs loaded on to their memory card. 

Prerequisite:
Songs loaded on to the memory card. Music app has not yet been opened since the device has been flashed. 

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Buri to Build ID: 20140121004137
2)  Tap on the "Music" app and pay close attention to the message prompted to the end user.

Actual:
The user is prompted "Add songs to get started. Load songs on to the memory card." even though they do have songs loaded on to the memory card. 

Expected:
"Looking for music on the memory card" is prompted to the user or something more accurate.
