Details

There's a disparity between the enabled state of this menu item from: 1) The file menu 2) a right click context menu on your unsent folder In the later case, the menu item always appears to be enabled even if the command is really disabled. The file menu seems to reflect the correct enabled status.
let's look at this some time later on.
