Steps to reproduce:
Started Firefox Browser.
Turned on the Firefox OS Simulator
Open the dialer
Click on the add contact button
Observe the "Add New Number" screen
Actual results:
The "Add New Number" is blank and no enteries can be added.
Expected results:
Entry ofthe new contact can be made in the "Add New Number" Screen
